Pacific Meat Sales is situated in northern metropolitan Melbourne, Victoria Australia. Pacific Meat Sales Pty. Ltd. was established in 1995 and employs between 100-120 people.
Pacific Meat Sales was the first domestic independent boning room in Australasia to achieve ISO 9002 quality standard certification in February 1997. We have Quality Assurance approval under the Victorian Meat Authority, accredited AUS-MEAT Integrated Quality System. In February 2000 we obtained our Export Registration (885), we will remain dual licensed establishment i.e. catering the export and local markets.
We have an accredited HACCP plan to assure meat wholesomeness and safety, we have our own laboratory. We also have AQIS approved programs for Non Export Meat and Halal.
We have abattoir which slaughters pork, mutton, lamb, veal and beef. Pacific Meat Sales deals only with reputable suppliers and source our own livestock through our own buying network Australia wide, this commitment ensures product arrives to the customers at the lowest possible cost. We also purchase stock from independent abattoirs around Australia.
